Mastylo, Konrad Konrad Mastyło- one of the most famous Polish pianists; organist; the graduate from The Academy of Music in Cracow (diplom in 1986), Since 1981 member of legendary Polish cabaret „Piwnica pod baranami”, which was created by Piotr Skrzynecki in 1956. Meeting with Zbigniew Preisner in „Piwnica pod Baranami” turned into long lasting cooperation. Konrad Mastylo took part in recording of his music for films directed by Krzysztof Kieslowski (Decalogue, The double life of Veronica, Three colours), Louis Malle (Damage), Agnieszka Holland (The secret garden, Europe Europe, Olivier Olivier), Christipher Menaul (Feast of July), Jean Becker (Elisa), Luis Mandoki (When a man loves a woman), Hector Babenco (At play in the fields of the Lord), Léa Pool (Mouvements du désir), Max Färberböck (Anonyma Woman in Berlin), Krisztina Deák (Aglaja).
He recorded also music composed by Zbigniewa Preisner („Funeral” directed by Thomas Vinterberg and performed in Burgtheater in Wien), Zygmunt Konieczny, Jan Kanty Pawluskiewicz for theatre performances.
The artist cooperates with famous Polish perfomers like Elzbieta Towarnicka, Anna Szalapak, Beata Rybotycka, Jacek Wojcicki.
