Bell, Madeline

Bell, Madeline Madeline Bell is an American soul singer. She has started to sing soul since she was 5 years old. When she was 10, she began to add pop element to her singing under the influence of Sam Cook, “the king of American soul”. Her singing not only keeps the slightly sadness and beauty of soul, but also has modern element of pop music, perfectly integrating retro and fashion. During her career, Madeline has published 16 albums, and each of them is a best-seller. In the year 2003, American Cultural Heritage Committee has given her Lifetime Achievement Award to honor her great devotion she made to American soul music.
